Age Limit:
All drivers must be 18 and over. There will be daily surcharges for all drivers under the age of 25.

Credit Card Requirement:
All major credit cards accepted, but not required. In addition to Major Credit Cards, ATM Debit Cards and cash-only rentals available (Subject to approval)

 Pick up & Drop off:
Free pick up and drop off are provided from the airport and hotels or within 3 miles radius of the airport. More than 3 miles pick up and drop off are subject to additional fees and may not be available at all time.

 Minimum Rental:
Rentals are based on minimum rental days. There is one day minimum rental unless, otherwise specified on the rental agreement.

 Parking & Traffic Violations:
Renter is responsible for his/her parking and/or traffic violations. Renter must pay the parking violation no later than the date returning the vehicle. Otherwise, Atwest Rent A Car will charge the renter an additional 45.00 handling fee per violation. The renter has the option of paying the violation(s) amount to Atwest Rent A Car when returning the vehicle with no extra fees.

 Insurance & Coverage:
Liability Insurance: Coverage protecting the renter from losses to third party in case of an accident.

Collision Damage Waiver: Covers damages to the rental vehicle only. Damage includes, accidents and if the vehicle is lost or stolen. Also known as LDW.

Additional coverage may be offered at the counter when you pick up the vehicle.

 Hours of Operation:
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday - Friday & 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays. After hour pick up provided untill 11:00 PM and After return provided 24 hours per day. For San Diego office hours, please check our policy page.
